The ultimate private beachfront refuge nestled against a small hill-top overlooking the pristine lagoon waters of Majuro, Marshall Islands and situated on a remote 9 acres of family-owned property. This four level split type villa is surrounded by coconut trees and offers a fantastic view of Majuro lagoon and beyond.

With its wall to wall glass windows the arch shaped kitchen takes in an uninterrupted view of the entire property. Its open plan studio design extends out from the kitchen breakfast bar area to a partially covered patio which hangs over the beachfront and allows cool breeze through during day and night. On the patio is a built-in bar where one can entertain or simply dine and watch the magnificent Majuro sunset.

The Villa contains three bedrooms and bathrooms. On the first level is the bedroom that  has a sliding glass door opening out to a flight of stairs which will lead you right onto the beach and on the same level is the laundry room equipped with both a washer and dryer.

You will find the master bedroom on the fourth level of the house with the balcony facing the lagoon. The room has an en suite bathroom consisting of a ceiling to floor closet with four mirrored-doors, a bathtub and three oversized glass windows that allows a tranquil view of the ocean-side of the atoll.

This piece of paradise is meticulously maintained year round by a friendly and helpful caretaker who lives within the property. Easily accessed by road, the property is a 17 miles drive to and from town.
